Privacy policy

This policy explains how BibleCall uses information in its iPhone app and on this information website. For privacy questions or requests, contact george@atlasremoteservices.com.

Account and sign-in information

When you choose Apple or Google sign-in, the provider shares an account identifier and verified email address with BibleCall through Supabase Authentication. Google may also provide basic profile information such as your name and profile picture. This information is used to identify your account, maintain your session, and connect subscription access across devices. BibleCall does not receive your Apple or Google password and does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or calendars.

Apple may provide a private relay address if you choose Hide My Email. If you choose email sign-in instead, Supabase uses Resend to deliver authentication emails. Apple and Google sign-in do not require a separate BibleCall email code. Authentication tokens are stored in your device’s iOS Keychain. BibleCall’s use of Google user data is limited to the account and authentication purposes described here, consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its applicable Limited Use requirements.

Information on your device

BibleCall stores your profile choices, selected companions, conversation history, and call history locally on your device. Signing in on another device recovers your account and eligible subscription access; it does not sync conversation history.

AI messages and voice

When you send a message, recent conversation messages, your chosen companion, tone, and the first name you provide are sent through BibleCall’s Supabase backend to MiniMax to generate a reply. For a spoken reply, generated reply text is sent to MiniMax’s text-to-speech service. Microphone input is processed through Apple speech recognition; recognition runs on-device where supported and otherwise may use Apple’s speech services. Microphone and speech permissions are controlled in iPhone Settings. Avoid including information you do not want processed by these services.

Subscription and payment information

Apple or Whop processes payments. BibleCall stores account-linked subscription identifiers, status, and expiration information in Supabase to verify access. BibleCall does not receive or store your full payment card details. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple or Whop subscription.

Service providers and technical records

Supabase provides authentication, backend processing, and subscription data storage; MiniMax generates AI text and speech; Apple supplies platform and speech services; Whop processes eligible web subscriptions; and Resend delivers optional authentication email. Providers may process technical records necessary to deliver and secure their services under their own terms and privacy policies. This website uses hosting infrastructure that processes ordinary connection information such as IP address and browser request details. The website contains no marketing trackers or advertising scripts.

Retention and your choices

Local history remains on your device until you clear it or remove the app. You can export or clear local history and delete your BibleCall account in Settings. Account deletion removes the BibleCall authentication account and associated backend records through the app’s deletion workflow; payment providers may retain their own transaction records under their policies and legal obligations. Service-provider logs, backups, and AI processing records are subject to the relevant provider’s retention policies. Contact us for privacy or access requests.
